You can change the name of Recycle Bin of your system if you wish. It is very easy and interesting but it require some changes in windows registry,

Modify the values of the Windows Registry
>>Close Windows Media Player (if it’s running).
>>Click Start -> Run, and type in: regedit.exe
>>Open up the branch HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MediaPlayer\Player\RecentFileList
>>Delete each File# key listed.
>>When you open up Media Player again, the Recent Files section will be empty.

If you own Windows ME, 2000, or XP, the absolute easiest way to access the Send To folder for the current user logged in is to:
Click Start -> Run.
Type in “send to” (no quotes) and press Enter.
